Booth's Christmas Tree Farm was started by Larue Booth in 1962. After his passing, his son Haley Booth took over operations with the help of Haley’s daughter, Lauren Booth. The daughter-dad duo currently operate the business.

A Note from Haley and Lauren:
We try to maintain the same workers every season as you have come to know and each are
knowledgeable about how to take care of our customers. We take great pride in our farm and
in our customer service, so if you have any issues during your visit, please let us know and we
will strive to make your visit more enjoyable.

 ABOUT OUR TREES

​Every year, we plant seedlings, also known as baby trees.
The seedlings typically stand no more than 12 inches.
A Christmas tree only grows about 12 inches per year.
Therefore, it takes seven to eight years for a typical six-foot tree to reach its size.

In addition, each and every tree must be sheared 2 to 4 times per year, fertilized 2 to 3 times per year
and the grass mowed across our 50-acre farm from March to October.

We pour lots of love and hard work into our farm to ensure we have quality trees for you to choose every year.
Unfortunately, we lost many trees due to weather the past several years,
​which is why you will likely see a slight shortage in trees.
For this reason, we have chosen to
prohibit the cutting of any field grown tree under five foot
to ensure Booth's Christmas Tree Farm has trees for years to come.
